My starting point is always data: a full crawl of the site, Search Console and server logs when they exist. From there I can tell whether the problem is pages Google cannot reach, duplicated content, slow rendering or a structure that spreads authority too thin.
Concrete jobs include a technical SEO audit, improving Core Web Vitals, cleaning up redirects after a migration, hreflang on multilingual sites, structured data for products and articles, or ecommerce SEO where category structure and faceted navigation need to be kept under control.
