AI workshop

An AI workshop where your own tasks are the material

My AI workshop starts from your everyday work: we find the tasks that eat time and spend the day solving them with AI. I have been a developer since 2010 and use the tools daily myself, so the teaching is grounded in practice rather than theory.

AI workshop

How the day runs

The morning covers the foundation: how to give a model enough context, how to spot when it makes things up, and what may go into external tools. All of it shown on tasks from your own business.

In the afternoon each participant works on their own task while I move around and help. That is where habits form, because what you got working yourself is what you reach for again the next day.

Who the workshop is for

Most groups are made up of people from marketing, sales, administration or management, and nobody needs to write code. If a development team is joining, I build a technical version with a different agenda.

I ask about the participants' level in advance. A group that uses ChatGPT daily needs a different day than a group that has never opened it, and that is easy to adjust when I know early.

What I ask for beforehand

  • Two or three tasks people spend time on every week, preferably the boring ones.
  • Your guidelines for what may go into external tools, so we stay on safe ground.
  • A short talk about the participants, so the day matches their level and their daily work.

What you get

Concrete deliverables, not a report of recommendations someone else has to find time for.

  • A day built around your tasks

The agenda is built on two or three concrete tasks from your own week, prepared by me in advance.

  • Hands-on exercises with help

Every participant tries the tools on their own work while I move around and adjust along the way.

  • A follow-up with your prompts

A document with what we built, including the prompts that worked, so new colleagues can catch up later.

  • A list of next steps

The ideas that surfaced along the way and need real development, gathered in one place so you can prioritise them afterwards.

How it works

Four steps. You know what happens when, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. 01

    Scoping call

We go over who is attending, what they already know, and what they should be able to do afterwards. From that I propose topics and a programme for the day.

  2. 02

    Your cases are collected

You send two or three tasks the participants genuinely spend time on. I build the exercises around those, so nobody has to translate examples from a foreign industry into their own.

  3. 03

The day itself, at your office

The morning is walkthroughs with short exercises, the afternoon is independent work on your cases while I help at the screens. The pace gets adjusted to the group as we go.

  4. 04

    Follow-up and materials

After the day you get the slides, prompts and a document with the solutions that were built. A follow-up session a few weeks later can be added once the questions from daily use have surfaced.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AI workshop cost?
The price depends on the length, the number of participants and how much preparation your tasks require. Call +45 22 51 31 79 or write what you have in mind, and you get a concrete quote after a short talk, with a same-day reply.
Who is the workshop aimed at?
Teams in marketing, sales, administration and management who want to use AI in their daily work. No technical background is required, and if a development team is joining, I build a technical edition instead.
Do you run AI workshops outside Copenhagen?
Yes, I travel across the country, to Aarhus, Odense, Aalborg and smaller towns alike. The workshop is held at your office, and if that is not possible, we run it online with screen sharing.
How many can attend?
There is no fixed limit, but I recommend small groups when everyone needs personal help in the afternoon. If you are many, we split into several groups rather than turning the day into a lecture.
Do participants need to be able to code?
No. If you can write an email, you can join. The tools are operated in plain language, and that is exactly what we practise.
What should we prepare beforehand?
Not much. I ask for two or three typical tasks, your rules for using external tools, and a sense of the participants' level. The rest is on me.
Can you run a follow-up?
Yes, and it often gives a real boost. Half a day a few weeks later, picking up whatever caused trouble once people had tried things on their own.
What if participants are at very different levels?
Then I split the day or run two groups. Mixed groups where half are bored work poorly, and fortunately we catch that already in the initial talk.
