Get a store quote with explicit assumptions
I quote store development against specific functionality, data and journeys. We first establish what already exists and what the new release must do. The scope distinguishes development, external costs and your own contribution.

Page count is only one part of cost
A small store with complex product choices can require more work than a larger catalogue using a simple template. Variants, pricing, payment, shipping and integrations create development and testing work.
Existing data and content also matter. Clean identifiers differ from fragmented spreadsheets. The quote makes data cleanup, migration, copy and image work explicit.
Separate three types of cost
| Type | Examples | Agreed as |
|---|---|---|
| Initial delivery | Scoping, design, code, import and testing | Project scope and optional work |
| Platform and services | Subscription, apps, theme and external integrations | Recurring vendor costs |
| Maintenance and development | Updates, errors and new requirements | Ownership, response and agreed time |
Choose a first release that can be completed
We separate launch requirements from later work. Fewer integrations or one market may be a valid first release, provided customer promises still match what is delivered.
The quote describes deliverables, your input and approval. Scope changes are agreed before work expands, so budget choices have visible consequences.
What to send before a quote
- Your current store or a short brief for the new one.
- Representative products and variants.
- Markets, payment and delivery requirements.
- Required stock, accounting and customer systems.
- Available content and material.
- Desired deadline and any fixed constraints.
How it works
Four steps. You know what happens when, and you can stop after any of them.

We walk through the job
A 20-30 minute call where you describe what needs to be built or repaired. I ask about platform, access and deadline, and tell you honestly if the job sits outside what I am good at.

Review of your code
Small jobs get a price after a short clarification. If a larger existing project needs a technical review first, we agree the price and scope of that review before I open the code.
- 03 / 04
Written quote with a clear scope
You get a firm agreement on what is included, what is not, and when it will be ready. If the scope changes along the way, we deal with it openly instead of letting it drift.

Delivery in your own setup
I work in your own repository and your own hosting and deliver in pieces you can see and approve. When we are done, you have the code, the access and documentation that makes you independent of me.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you have a fixed package price?
- I price the actual scope. A defined project can receive a fixed quote once its assumptions, data and integration requirements are understood.
- Is the Shopify subscription included?
- Platform, app and vendor costs are scoped separately. We distinguish development from recurring store expenses.
Define the scope of your task
Send your website URL, what you need solved and your desired deadline. I will assess the next step and describe what the quote includes. Larger investigations are agreed separately before work begins.
