Automate follow-up with a clear purpose
I connect websites, CRM and follow-up systems. We select one process, define its rules and test both normal journeys and exceptions. The goal is less manual duplication and follow-up your team can understand and own.
- I usually reply the same day
- Written estimate before work starts

Choose one repeated process
We begin with current work: what gets copied, who responds and what happens next. A form may create a CRM task, internal notification and clear acknowledgement. Every step has a purpose and owner.
Service and marketing communication are separated, as are contact data and communication preferences. Legal requirements need an agreed interpretation before production, so the system implements explicit rules.
A workflow must handle failures
We define entry, exit and re-enrolment. A retry must not send another message or create the same task again. Preference and status changes need to remain authoritative when other systems sync data back.
I implement error recording and document manual recovery. Operational ownership and a way to stop the workflow are part of the scope.
From scoping to a controlled pilot
- Define entry, action, exit and ownership.
- Choose required fields and their owning sources.
- Verify existing system capabilities and limits.
- Implement one agreed process.
- Test duplicates, changes, preferences and failures.
- Hand over the workflow, rules and controls.
Use rules when rules are sufficient
Marketing automation does not automatically need AI. Known routing can often use explicit rules. A text-classification step can be evaluated with test cases and a human review point where appropriate.
The solution must suit the task and the team maintaining it. New subscriptions need a specific purpose. Paid advertising management is outside this service.
How it works
Four steps. You know what happens when, and you can stop after any of them.
- 01 / 04
Goal and starting point
We choose the customer action that matters and review the pages and data you already have.
- 02 / 04
Tasks and responsibilities
You receive a prioritised list of deliverables, dependencies and an agreement on who contributes what.
- 03 / 04
Content and implementation
We deliver the agreed work in your existing system. Larger changes get a separate scope.
- 04 / 04
Checks and follow-up
We check the delivery and follow relevant visits and enquiries. We distinguish a click from an actual customer.

Frequently asked questions
- Can you use our existing CRM?
- Yes. We first examine integrations, permissions and data sources. A system migration needs a concrete reason.
- Does this include email copy?
- Writing and approval responsibilities are agreed explicitly. I can help with structure and implementation; integration alone is not an ongoing editorial service.
Define the scope of your task
Send your website URL, what you need solved and your desired deadline. I will assess the next step and describe what the quote includes. Larger investigations are agreed separately before work begins.
