  • Lightning fast with an eye for detail

Mikkel is a man after my own heart. Executes at lightning speed, has an eye for detail and is always there when you need him. It does not get better than that.

SEO talk

Choose what participants need afterwards

Leaders, editors and developers need different answers. We begin with participant tasks, experience and previous work, then select topics that fit the available time.

A talk can establish shared understanding and priorities. It is not automatically an audit of every company page. Detailed investigation or individual troubleshooting is scoped separately.

Possible talk themes

  • Connecting search needs to useful pages.
  • Editorial SEO: briefs, structure, sources and internal links.
  • Technical SEO and marketing/development collaboration.
  • Store content, products and categories.
  • AI search, sources and evaluating drafts.
  • Reporting, KPIs and the limits of the data.

Use examples with clear provenance

We can use approved material from your website or illustrative examples. Customer and internal data require a clear agreement. Prepared material can replace an unreliable live example.

Participants should distinguish observations, hypotheses and examples. I explain both the method and its verification without promising a particular ranking afterwards.

Talk or workshop

A talk emphasises explanation, examples and questions. A workshop allows more participant work and feedback. Format follows the objective and practical constraints.

Programme, duration, location, materials and recording are agreed in advance. Agreed slides and next steps can follow the session. Start with the audience and the questions you need answered.

How it works

Four steps. You know what happens when, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. 01 / 04

    Scoping call

We go over who is attending, what they already know, and what they should be able to do afterwards. From that I propose topics and a programme for the day.

  2. 02 / 04

    Your cases are collected

You send two or three tasks the participants genuinely spend time on. I build the exercises around those, so nobody has to translate examples from a foreign industry into their own.

  3. 03 / 04

The day itself, at your office

The morning is walkthroughs with short exercises, the afternoon is independent work on your cases while I help at the screens. The pace gets adjusted to the group as we go.

  4. 04 / 04

    Follow-up and materials

After the day you get the slides, prompts and a document with the solutions that were built. A follow-up session a few weeks later can be added once the questions from daily use have surfaced.
